Very easy to use, and a very good quality product for price. Great packaging, arrived in a timely manner.

First of all. The Device works good and I have had no issues. I do have experience using these so working with this one was not an issue. The are some things that are a bit annoying but that is only because I have gotten used to on the other brands. Now the 3 issues. #1 This device has 3 pinch rollers and only two of them move. The 3rd one does not move and that is due to it being pushed beyond the stop witch is a small Philips screw. Once pushed back to its proper location it works fine. #2 The pinch rollers do not move smoothly unless you grab it just right. Once you get used to this then no issue. #3 The ruler on the front of it is incorrect. Not sure how they could get this wrong but the issue is that the inches are wrong. They are off by about 1/64 per inch (or something like that.) But and this is the kicker. The CM and MM are correct. All other aspects of the device and the software are working properly.Thanks

I’ve owned several brand name vinyl cutters that cost thousands of dollars and this cutter cuts just as good or better than the high dollar ones. One tip is to not use the vinyl rolls that come with it, they are very flimsy and jam up in the cutter. Name brand (Oracall, etc) cut perfectly and track straight. I would recommend Vevor to include better quality vinyl since most people are buying this without prior experience and the included rolls may turn people off since they are much harder to cut due to their flimsy weight. If you bought one and got frustrated, just buy some Oracal and you’ll see that this cutter is a dream.

The way they ship these is horrible the carrier unit needs to be protected way better it was off it track easy fix but could be prevented also when they assembled at factory they pinched and cut a wire on carrier head I had to fix with solder and heat shrink there was a couple other things that were messed up also not everyone could fix on their own but once I fixed everything it works great tech support was great also

Did not work when received due to QA, but we disassembled and repaired ourselves. During investigation we found a loose connector on the board. NOTHING you see other than the cables and stand are as pictured. The machine is a different color, and did not come with what seems obvious from the pictures like vinal, cut mat, razor knife, and I'm sure something else. Machine works now, but BUY FROM ANOTHER SELLER AND SPEND MORE MONEY. THIS SELLER LIED FROM THE PHOTOS! COME ON SELLERS DON'T USE THE PICTURE IF ITS NOT WHAT YOU ARE SELLING!!!!
