It does the job,obviously it can't get in some corners when it doesn't fit e.g under wash basin etc,but you just brush them out or use your vacuum!! It's great though that you can do something else while this is doing it's rounds,you still need to vacuum your stairs with your own vacuum unfortunately! Maybe one day they'll invent a flying one!! It does a good job to pick.up bits hairs etc,good with pet and kids hairs, it's amazing what you see what's it picked up after you clean.

Very good vacuum cleaner!Happy to have itBut app is so buggy! It stops all the time and gives the message "main brush is disentangled" while brush is OK and clean.Its a software bug and you have to reset app many many times before cleaning is started.So anything...Otherwise device itself is very good!Does its job perfectly and I am happy to have it!

The media could not be loaded.  I received this item from the Amazon Vine Program.The Robovac came in well packed and presented in it’s own retail box. The box has a plastic handle making it easy to carry. The colour of the box is yellow making it eye catching. . The robovac is securely placed inside with styros for cushion.The box includes:1x Robovaac1x Charging Dock1x Charger1x Water TankPros:- It is easy to use/ operate. Just remove the protective strip, turn on the switch at the bottom and then press the power button.- User friendly. It has 2 buttons - power and home. Power to turn it on & home to instruct robovac to go back to it’s charging dock.- This robovac has an app that can be installed so it can be controlled remotely. I honestly do not know the name of the app because I just scanned the QR code and I do not personally use it.- It is efficient and helps save time because I can do something else while it does the vacuuming. It makes cleaning the flat faster.- Works in our carpet and can clean rugs too.- It is small and compact therefore it is easier to store compared to normal corded hoovers.Cons:- 2000 pa suction power only. Would have been better if suction power is higher.- Sometimes the vacuum stops asking me to clean the brush even if the brush is already clean.- Not very quiet. If I watch TV with this one I won’t be able to hear the telly very well.Overall I am happy and satisfied with this robovac. It’s very convenient for working moms like me who doesn’t have a lot of of free time to use for cleaning. I use thus everyday to keep the carpet clean but I still use my corded hoover once a week.

I was very interested to try this robot vacuum cleaner out, but having charged it up, when I tried to download the app, all I got was a warning that it would 'Harm my device', so I obviously didn't bother. I see another reviewer had the same problem, but I have no other different devices to download the app onto.It looks well enough made, but it's now in its box, in the roof, waiting for a car boot sale. And it's not exactly cheap, either.I'm afraid I can't recommend it.I just wish Amazon would allow comments on reviews again, as I'm sure someone could have helped me out here, but in their wisdom, those are long gone.

This came well packaged in a carry box. In the box you get the vacuum, water tank, the charger, attachment brushes, 6 mop pads, cleaning brush and instruction booklet.After charging, I tried this on the tuya and smart life app, it wouldn't connect. So I went to download the Fmart app, it doesn't exist on the Google store. There is an app if you search online but it may harm your device. Eventually we used an iPhone (which apple do have the app for) and did get it connected to the Smartlife app, (which I would recommend). And with some practice will work well.I have not tried this as a washer as my kitchen floors are black and in the instructions it says it's not suitable for very dark floors. So beware!We did connect it to Alexa, she says ok but the vacuum says command not recognised, not a huge deal as you can use the app or just press the button. You can also set it to clean every day.It's not for the biggest of messes and it's not for deep pile carpets, but on an regular cycle should keep most of the mess away.It is going to take a bit of time to get it right but once it's all set to your needs, it's done.I will update if I find any issues or find it does more than I thought.
