This product is very good at preventing sunburn. I did not get any redness, but a nice, mild tan. I love it and am regularly buying it. It is true, though, that it will leave a white filming tough to wash away. If you apply lotion carefully to your hands and then gently massage it into your skin, it will improve. It will stain white your bathing suit/clothes,just be carefull when you are close to the bathing suit . I have also used their face spf both tinted and non tinted and I think it is exceptional product.

I would give this five stars if there were no white cast. I like that it sprays pretty thick but you do have to rub it in pretty well and it still leaves your skin with a white tone to it. So far it has protected me from the sun which is of course the whole point! Love the clean ingredients as well! Also want to mention that it takes alot for it to come off in the shower, you really need to exfoliate to get it off!

Do not buy! I sprayed my husband, big mistake! It comes out THICK, and so impossible to rub in. To add insult to injury, it was almost impossible to wash off in the shower. I was worried that it stained the boat we were on because it also wouldn't wipe off any of the cloth that it accidentally rubbed off. Beware.

I love the ingredients and earth friendly dedication of this product. It was one of the few that passed a lot of the trusted test reviews I go to for product suggestions. However, I used it for the first time on my children and I will never live that day down. They walked around looking like flour had exploded on them, head to toe, the entire afternoon. Their hair stuck straight out of their heads and was crunchy and white.Needless to say, the application of this leaves much to be desired. Perhaps with more use, and the knowledge I now have of how it comes out, I could do better in the future, but I hate that for the price, I wasted so much on the learning curve for something that should be straightforward: aim and spray. Instead, I feel like the only effective way to use this is to first spray it into your hands and spread it on....making the aerosol spray concept pointless.

Love the clean ingredients and non greasy. I like this comes in a spray as my kid doesn't wanna hold still for rub in sunscreen. Didn't get burnt, I love their face stick as well.

Worst sunscreen ever. Gave it 2 stars because I didn’t get burnt which is technically the point. It says “sheer” on the bottle, furthest thing from it. This sunscreen is way too thick to be in a spray bottle. The main reason to buy a spray is for convenience and to not have to rub in your sunscreen. This sprays like a spray paint can. You 100% still have to rub it is, it’s difficult to rub in and it will not rub in all the way. You are covered with white caked on sunscreen. Hard hard pass!
