Do you need to use moisturizer after using the serum? If so, how long do you wait?

You can apply a moisturizer right after using the serum. We also do recommend you addply SPF on top.

Did anyone have an allergic reaction too this ??

I did not have an allergic reaction to the Palmer Dark Spot Corrector however if you have sensitive skin you might want to do a small test path

Is it good for old/new scar marks

For Scars, we recommend you try the Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil or the Cocoa Butter Forumla Scar Serum
