Go for it
Helll Folks! Like all of u I was searching for laptop after lockdown and I went all over the internet for days but finally found this laptop at price 55k.It is power packed laptop but camera is very poor(problem with most of the laptops & not a major issue).SSD will leave u with around 470GB space which is ok for me since I have additional HDD of 1 TB with.Go for it if it is under 55k.Rest all no issues with laptop.Mark this review helpful if u feel so.

Decent for the price !!!
The Laptop build quality is quite decent compared to the other products in this price range. The display is 1080p but brightness is quite low. In natural light, you won't be able to see unless the brightness is and above 75%. I usually use the external monitor for my workflow yours may depend. The real kicker is the RAM, 4GB is soldered and another 4GB is allocated in SODIMM. So you can only use 8GB in dual channel mode and any memory beyond this configuration will work in a single channel, so RAM upgrade path is there but not suitable for those people who uses an enterprise-level application which is memory dependent. This laptop comes with Intel 512 NVME SSD which allocated in the M.2 slot. Hard disk caddy is present where you can install an additional 2.5 inch SSD.For those who are buying with IRIS-PLUS graphics the HDMI port supports 4k 60fps display output with HDCP 2.2 support. The keyboard is backlit and has three levels of brightness and yes you can turn it off when you don't need it.

It's very worst laptop don't purpose Lenovo laptop.
First I can suggest you guys don't choose Lenovo laptop.. the quality of the laptop is worst and after 6month you cannot use it even...1.Camera quality is worst and it got stopped working after 10 days only and after servicing the camera issue then it also got stopped working within 3days after servicing...the quality of servicing also worst.2.Battery life will decrease after 1 month only..it will be anything else.3.Brightness also can difficult to use it ...you can understand itFinally I can suggest you guys don't prepare this Lenovo laptop...servicing also worst and after serving if the issue will not resolved then they use to ask the amount some amount then will provide you good quality of camera ...etc...it's true believe me before buying think once.

Excellent Laptop for everyday use.
This is a detailed review of the Lenovo Ideapad S340. This laptop is powered by the newest and powerful Intel Core i5-1035G4 with Iris Plus Graphics. To start, the build quality of this laptop is excellent. It is made out of plastic but feels totally like metal. Its a brushed gold colour. It's very slim too. It weighs 1.8 kg and is fine for a 15.6-inch display. The bezels of the screen are very small and provide for a very immersive experience. The trackpad and keyboard are very good too. It's a Windows precision trackpad which has gesture support. The keyboard has a satisfying click and is Backlit.Ports: 2 USB-A 3.0, SD card reader, USB-C port(Not Thunderbolt), HDMI.Now let's get into the performance. For daily use such as email, web browsing, word, excel, PowerPoint, this device will be amazing. No lag whatsoever. When doing something intensive like gaming, the new Iris Plus graphics come into play and gives excellent performance for an integrated graphic card. This is more value than an MX250 because of the higher processor speeds of the i5-1035G4. FIFA 19 got locked at 1080p, 60fps. This is excellent gaming performance indeed. Heavier titles like Rainbow Seige, Red Dead redemption will not be very playable. Fortnite and PUBG can be played without an issue but the resolution must be dropped.Battery life: For web browsing, I've observed the battery life to be around 7-8 hours. This is with the screen at 80% brightness and Better Battery option selected.Display: Its a very good 1080p panel with bright colours.Speakers: Dolby enabled speakers which are very loud and provide for an immersive listening experience. All in all, this is an excellent choice and should be surely considered in the 50k price segment.

Good value all rounder with minor flaws
Got the laptop for home use- browsing, documentation, entertainment. Been just a few days so cannot comment on long term reliability or performance. First impressions are good- seamless performance till now. Laptop looks good, at 1.8kg it is not the lightest or the sleekest though. Display and sound are good, keyboard layout will take some getting used to since it has the numpad. Seems well put togther. Appreciate Amazon for the delivery i ordered it just the day before the lockdown, day the lockdown ended got delivery. Only sticking point is that only 270 days of warranty was left when it was delivered. Seems like a common issue, i have raised a ticket with Lenovo for correcting it to the correct invoice date. 5 days in, no update from them hope it gets resolved soon.At 48k it is good value as it has latest gen i5 processor and even comes with ms office included.Long term update: had the laptop for 8 months now. There has been two issues which led me to post this edit. There was a hardware issue with the camera, it was promptly replaced by Lenovo by sending a technician over. The explanation by the technician was that using the privacy shutter might have damaged the internal wires connecting the camera. Then there was an issue with Windows. The laptop just wouldn't start after the bios screen and had to reset and reinstall windows, got step by step guidance from Lenovo technician through their whatsapp support. But it took about 2 hours to diagnose and get it completed. This was attributed to a windows update which might have been corrupted. All in all it has been a mixed bag. The performance is good for home use like attending online classes. But had two issues while it was in warranty. Lenovo support has been responsive though.
