The look of this product is something simple yet works so well. The quality from the speakers to the subwoofer, to the actual sound bar itself feels like its legit material to house such a power house of sound. The options when it comes to switching from the modes such as Bluetooth, to optical, etc, is effortless and easy. Whenever I just want to connect my phone via Bluetooth connectivity is just in the simple click of a button, easy, effortless, and fast. The remote control offers a lot of functionality when it comes to the specific sound you want to come out from the sound bar. Not happy with how sound is getting produced off of the preset options? Download the app and modify your sound options to get the best quality possible. Overall a 10/10 product, I'm trying to convince mom to invest in this product for the living room. Its worth it.

Based on cost, this may be considered a low end surround sound system but I think it's pretty nice. I needed a sound bar and extra speakers and got the sub too. All sounds great. The quality seems nice and set up was a breeze. I made 1 change to audio settings on my TV and the system auto connected for the rest. Most of the time was setting up the mounts to hold the back speakers. If you're like me and don't watch enough TV to invest a lot of money, buy this.

When I first bought this surround sound setup. I was skeptical at first. But after using it for a few weeks it sounds great for someone who wants surround sound but can't afford the more expensive setups out there. The remote that comes with it makes it easy to change the bass,mids,highs on the fly, and let's you adjust how loud the rear surround speakers are. The remote also allows you to adjust how loud the startup sound is.I bought this for my room. For when I play my games. The surround setup actually had too much bass for my little room. So I usually have the bass set to -3 but when watch movies I turn it up to +4 to feel the action.The one thing I wanna say is that when anyone sets it up. Update it through the app before judging it. From my experience the sound quality for me was better once I connected the app and updated the sound bar.

3rd time was a winner!! Tried several other soundbars but just didn’t give me the full experience feel like movies provide. Just loud sound. This system although small puts out tremendous sound and room filling. Crystal clear sound all around.Adapted perfectly to my tv and Directv remote. Nice setup.

Far superior to my previous soundbar and better clarity than my last surround sound component system. I am 55 so sometimes it's hard for me to hear dialogue clearly, this system does an exceptional job. The system is great and very affordable, I was concerned about the app control but it also comes with a simple to use remote control. The subwoofer pairs to the soundbar thru Bluetooth and the surround speakers are connected by wire for easy setup I have a nice 2 channel hifi system for music but this makes concert videos sound live on a system that costs much less. Overall I am very happy and will probably upgrade to their higher priced option in the future.

Side speakers didn't work. Contacted Amazon customer service, which was a waste of time and full of lies. They put me in touch with the seller, which was also a waste of time and full of lies. They try to mess around until the return window closes. Amazon customer service says they'll call you back to make sure everything is good, but they don't. So I'm returning it and going to Best Buy, which I should have done in the first place instead of dealing with the annoyance and aggravation.

I initially had issues with connectivity and I brought this issue up to customer support and within a few days they had done everything in their power to resolve my issue, based on their customer service alone I will be a reoccurring customer. The speakers are very good out of the box but you can tweak the audio settings and they’re excellent.
