Tozo NC2 - Fantastic sound quality and impressive noise cancellation.
I recently got the TOZO NC2 earbuds, and they’ve been fantastic. The sound quality is impressive, with deep bass and clear highs. The active noise cancellation works well, making them great for commuting. They fit comfortably and stay secure during workouts. The touch controls are intuitive, and pairing them with my phone was seamless. Battery life is solid, lasting through a full day of use. The sleek design and sturdy case add to the overall premium feel. For the price, the TOZO NC2 offers excellent value and performance. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable, budget-friendly earbuds.

Nice earbuds, short shelf life
I've now purchased several of these, because I do like the fit, function, and sound, especially for the price. But they fail, consistently, after only a few months. My current pair will no longer hold a charge, and they are less than six months old. I'm going to need to find another brand to purchase.

So close to perfect, but flawed.
1 Month Update:Unfortunately I'm lowering these one star because of a few annoying flaws I've noticed this past month. Normally I would drip at least 2 stars for things like this but I still believe that these headphones are among the best feature value for your money on the market.Issues I've come across: 1) Charging woes. Unfortunately the earbuds don't always sit perfectly in the charging case, and will fail to charge. My left earbud I have to wait a second and see if the charging light goes on when I drop it in. Sometimes it doesn't and I have to push it back or I'll return to only one charged earbud.2) Noise cancelling ability is good but not as good as the NC7's. Still no crackling though which is fortunate, I can just hear more outside noise than I'm used to. On a similar subject, call quality. If I'm in a loud environment with my NC7's on and receive a phonecall, the caller can hear me clearly, but with these NC2's they cannot hear me at all.3) Earbud sync issues. Not often but sometimes, when taking the earbuds out and beginning to play music, only the right earbud will have audio. To fix it I need to put both buds back in the case and then remove again. These things are disappointing because I really wanted to make these my new favorite over the heavier NC7's. But those are still king of features and value, they do everything these do but better. But I will still use these NC2's as my daily work earbuds because the light weight keeps them from falling out my sweaty ears as often and they're most definitely good enough, I use and love every single feature that these have (that most headphones under $100 don't have. Also, the comfort question I had below remains good, these are comfortable headphones for sure.Initial Review: Will update with more in the near future but my initial impression is great. I actually love Tozo headphones, my NC7's have been my favorite I've ever owned, I bought them twice because there's literally nothing else on the market with as many features at a sub-$100 price tag (and great quality too). I tried these NC2's because the 7's are a tad bit heavy such that when I'm working and sweating they begin to slip out, and I heard the 2's were similar but lighter (and this is all true). The only feature really missing from the NC2 vs my 7's is the phone app, which really doesn't bother me because I rarely change EQ and the app doesn't do much more than that (and I have other apps that can). But my favorite features are all here: the Active Noise Cancelling is solid, no crackling like I've experienced with EarFun brand. Transparent mode is a godsend. And in-ear detection works perfectly, which is a feature I cannot find on any other ANC headphones anywhere near this price range. Sound quality is great too, it actually sounds a little clearer than my NC7's surprisingly.Comfort seems fine, I wore them for about 8 hours today and they didn't cause much discomfort by the end. I do need to challenge that more though because my ears are a little injured so it's possible these are comfy as can be and it's just my ears that hurt on their own.Not really a complaint, but I'm curious what Tozo thinks glossy black means, because I ordered and received "matte black" but they're about as glossy as can be on the visible stems lol...there's even like additional glossy speckles embedded in the glossy plastic. The inner of the ear pieces are matte, just not the stems, which is an odd choice. You can't really see the speckles except in certain light, as you can see above I took the same photo with and without flash.

Very Robust Ear Buds
So far these have been great ear buds. I normally only use one at a time, so I sometimes misplace the holder with my other bud in it. A couple of weeks back I was looking for it and remembered I had washed my hoodie that morning. Yeah, left the box with one ear bud in my pocket. It went through a full wash cycle. I was upset, but decided to charge it back up and see if it worked. It did! That’s some excellent waterproofing as far as I’m concerned. Great product, stays in your ear better than their other designs. And I’ve had quite a few different ones. The only gripe is when I swap from right/left or left/right, they automatically pause whatever I’m watching when placed in the charging box.

Big step backwards in quality of life.
I almost never leave reviews, but was so disappointed with this product I felt I needed to share my view. I previously owned a pair of Tozo T6 earbuds for many years, but they were recently damaged so I decided to get a new pair. I saw that this was the "upgraded" version and decided to give them a try. The following terrible design choices are why I'm returning this item and purchasing another pair of the T6's:- Much more difficult to remove from the case (compared to T6) (obviously not a huge issue but annoying).- Automatic music pause when removing one bud from ear with no way to deactivate.- Noise-cancellation constantly draining extra battery with no way to disable.- No way to power the earbuds back on if you don't have the case handy (???).- Too much bass with no way to change the EQ.It's crazy to me that two years of "innovation" led to the approval of this product as a replacement for the T6's.Does the product work? Sure. Would I ever purchase it again? Absolutely not.
