Does anyone know how many mil thick this is?

Hi Jen, Great question! Clawguard Protection Tape is 11.5 mil in thickness. During our R&D phase, we tested 3 mil, 5 mil, 8 mil, and 10 mil. All failed except for the 10 mil. Our neighbor's cat Felix was able to puncture each with persistent clawing. We found that after 6 months, the 10 mil started to show signs of wear, so we added an additional 1.5 mil for added stability and protection. Total thickness of CG Protection Tape is 11.5 mil. Will this work on car interior door panels that are plastic?

It should work. It is basically like very thick Scotch cellophane tape. I use it on my front door and on the glass of back door. I don't see why it would not work on plastic.

What is the length and width of the tape?

Could it go on the inside and outside of car door below window?

It’s not a strong adhesive tape which is why it doesn’t always pull up paint when removing tape. I would say no due to wetness and general weather junk that would eventually work it’s way under the tape. It may work inside your car depending on the material that is below your window.
