I love hexclad pans once you season it initially that's all you need to do. I have another one that after a year still looks as good as new.Can't fault this one it's large and deep exactly what I needed. Yes they are expensive but you really do get what you pay for. I would not buy any other brand now so will take time to add to my collection but worth every penny.Sears food wonderfully and is the perfect size for curries. I would urge anyone wondering if it's worth it to go ahead you will not regret it.

Bought as a gift for a friend - stunning

This is a great buy - it was so beautifully packaged I felt like I’d bought myself a posh new handbag!I’ve used it once so far. It’s a really good size to cook for for a family of 5 without coating your stove in food. Though it’s metal utensil safe, it makes such an awful racket that I’m using wooden spoons anyway. Heats up beautifully and evenly.Can’t comment on scratch resistance just yet, but I’m really pleased with it nonetheless.
