Best supplement to help stop fever blister / cold sores in their tracks. Taken daily can help relieve stomach distress before sores develop.

Easier to swallow, than the larger tablets. But it has a bad taste when taking, maybe some residual on the outside of the capsule.

I had accidentally ordered this while purchasing another item. I decided I would try it and I am very happy about the quality. I would recommend as I myself will be purchasing again.

I was attracted by the idea of being able to take these supplements without having to take all the pills. WRONG. I pill per supplement equals a serving size of 4 pills! Just wasn't working for me. I like the idea of several supplements but due to taking so many capsules, it caused my mouth to be severely dried out. Needless to say, I went back to just the L-lysine by itself.

I find this effective. Size is normal and texture is fine. No taste to it so easy to take. Good value for money.
