Excellent brand of ice pack. This particular size if fantastic after ear surgery. Correct size and weight. I have other sizes of this brand and would highly recommend.

Convenient and comfortable to use!

My kids (6 and 2) are constantly bumping themselves or being generally reckless. Ice packs and band-aids (i.e. kid stickers haha) are a common need in our household. Instead of constant ice in a ziploc bag, we've moved to small reusable ice packs. Much more sustainable. The exterior is perfect for direct skin contact and the gel-like pack molds to a target area. Perfect sizing for little bodies (forehead, etc).

I've had back and knee problems most of my life, and have used countless different ice packs. I would rate this one among the top of packs that I have used. I like the fact that this one has a soft fleece-like cover on it, and I can use it without a towel if I want to. I have not had any problems with it leaking or weeping. This pack doesn't freeze solid, so you can still move it a bit to fit exactly where it is needed. It holds the cold for a good half-hour before needing to be refrozen. I use this one mostly for my knee, because it is a bit smaller in size and fits the bend of the knee well. I would definitely recommend this to others. I have not used this pack for heat at all, but I do like that it is an option if I ever do need the heat.

Soft and flexible, soft cover that doesn't sweat.

Works really well only thing is that after multiple uses, it starts to get scratched off from places and is getting torn up. I'm sure that has nothing to do with the actual use of the product, but it is wearing fast and looks ugly just after 2 weeks of use.

Loved the fact that this Core item came in a small size for my forehead and neck area. The larger one is great, but this is even better for the small areas of my head.
