Calling all Mid-life Women this is a MUST have. My doctor recommenced this product to me a little over a year ago and it has been a life changer. No more random waking up at three A.M., sleep like a baby and feel so relaxed and not on the edge any longer. I had tried it all and yes this is costly but so much better than anything I had tried.

I almost never write reviews but had to for this. I’m a PA student, so the stress is unreal right now. I went out on a limb to try these and have been amazed at the effectiveness. I only take one a day at night, and it definitely helps me wind down and get ready for bed. I sleep better and wake up feeling more level headed. I sometimes think supplements can be overhyped but these work!

My wife's doctor put her on this. She says that she can tell a difference daily and sleeps better at night. Good value.

This product works pretty well when I take it at night but if I take it in the morning, it makes me really tired. I don't feel as emotional and don't overreact as bad to the "little things" but I wouldn't say it is absolutely life changing. I think it is a good addition to other healthy choices, but not an end all be all.

I am not one to take time to write a review, but when a product is good, I make time to share my experience. For a while I have faced issues sleeping and finding a way to relax, tried several things like going to the gym, drinking wine, watching tv, reading a book, writing in a journal, etc. I found this product and decided to give it a try, i havre tried other items of this same brand and the results have been amazing, therefore I made the purchase. This brand is not cheap but worth it. Well all I can say is that I am so happy, I feel rested, I can relax and sleep. Give it a try, you will feel so happy you bought it. One thing it makes me sleepy, the bottle states to take one in the morning and one at night, I do not take the morning pill, I need to feel alert because I need to make a living and go to this thing they call work.

I took Pure Encapsulations Emotional Wellness in the past & I have to say that this one works way better. It works quickly too! The bottle recommends to take one in the morning & at night but they do make you very sleepy so I might be skipping that in the morning.

Not sure what is going on! I have tried to take this product many times to see if it is a coincidence or not but unfortunately it looks that there is a correlation. Whenever I take a pill in the pm, I end up waking up at 2 am and cant fall back asleep for several hours. I only experience this issue when I take this pill. I never wake up otherwise! I don't understand why it is affecting me this way since I thought it was supposed to do the opposite. Hopefully I am an odd case. I have to stop this supplement! I need my sleep!
