Ankle Straps - Great quality product
Absolutely love the quality and feel of these ankle straps. Perfectly padded so they don’t dig into the legs. Extremely robust Velcro lining with metal attachments for clips. Make sure to put the clip around both attachments rings for maximum security when doing heavy lifts. I use these for single leg extensions and standing ham curls with my cable machine. Once again great quality product by RDX at a great price.

Great product and very comfortable
Very comfortable and easy to put on. This ankle strap is adjustable and the cable grip feels strong and secure. Initially purchased one strap and have bought another one as I highly recommend the product.

Simple and effective
These are a great and simple way to introduce resistance to training for martial arts. I use these to help build kicking power and they've really helped in that area. I do wish there were multiples of the different resistance bands so I could up the resistance without trailing a big rubber rainbow behind me, but it gets the job done.
