Are these paint pens glitter or more of a metallic?

They have super small pieces of glitter in them, but you'd have to look really close. It's more of a shiny metallic look. If you move it in the light you can see it. Definitely not a full on glitter like paint can be. Hopefully that helps.

Do these wipe off with water?

another thing about the glitter pens versus the regular pens. is if you press on them the incomes out to fast and ruins the piece
