I'm in a Silver Sneakers exercise class-we use an exercise ball for hand exercises(for arthritis) & inner thigh exercises-would that be the 7.5"?

I've been a SilverSneakers instructor for several years, and am also a certified STOTT PILATES instructor. The 7.5" would probably be all right to use, but the10" would most likely feel more comfortable for hand work, and would be more versatile for the other SilverSneakers exercises.

It sounds the product was made in China, correct?

I guess so but cannot be certain as I have discarded the box. However, its quality is good and still in good condition.

I don't know what size to get for doing the barre exercises like squats as you squeeze the ball with your inner thighs.

Ok quality, not great

I was rather disappointed with the quality of this mini stability ball. It is sturdy,but it has "wrinkles". The plastic is very thick and it cames in the post folded in 4 parts. When i inflated it the parts where it was folded did not flatten and it looks a little bit weird. Not a problem in terms of ability to use it. It comes with a plastic tube to inflate it but when you try to put in the cap into the ball, you have to be super quick as the air comes out very quickly. Overall is not bad. worth £7? no.

Perfect, once it was inflated!

Instructions which came with the ball did not include how to inflate it. We had to call the manufacturer to find out. Once we knew how to do it, it was easy. Works well and very happy with it
