Bought this to butcher and trim meat for smoking. VERY sharp. I like the handle and curve of the knife which are both good for butchering and trimming meats of all sizes. The orange and black is kind of cool, but does not affect the performance! The quality and weight also feel great.I am very happy and will update if I get any issues with quality or holding an edge, but so far very, very good!

Fantastic carbon steel knife. It is stiff, easy to keep sharp and has a well designed holder. It is very similar to bubba knives at a much lower price point.

It's a knife, it's super sharp, it's strong... the grip is perfect... the sheath is a bit of a pain to put it back into but it's secure and won't fall out, easy to remove when intended though. I planned to be sarcastic but honestly it's amazing. I got it to carry for defense though (inner city crazy homeless) but it'd work great for fishing (cleaning fish) and cooking as well

Worth the money, do the job, not super premium but fit for home use bc we don’t use it daily. Recommend for occasional users
