Great Product💯 I Recommend It👍
When I read so many reviews complaining about how it doesn't mix I knew it was the real thing since high quality pure acacia Senegal is difficult to mix. There isn't much taste to it, which is normal as well. When I mix acacia Senegal into any beverage I place the amount I want into a cup and pour a very small amount of water in, then using a fork I thoroughly mix it into a gooey paste that I add the coffee, tea, or whatever to and then stir and mix. It works way better than dumping it on top of the beverage and trying to mix it in. Absolutely great value for the money compared to their competition.🏆

Excellent quality
This is a rare find. It is extra fine, perfect for making the binder for paint-making. If you can't find Kordofan gum arabic crystals for binder production, this one is an excellent choice.

Makes very good cigar glue
I roll my own cigars and use this for the glue on the wrapper. Works great and you don't ever taste it. Mix little bit about the water then let it sit for a day until it's clear and about the color of a pale honey.

Just What the Doctor Ordered (Updated)
UPDATE: I've used this product for about a year and am still a satisfied customer. BUT the last two bags I got were VERY difficult to stir into solution. I am updating my review to let folks know that the non-caking quality of this product apparently fluctuates between batches. With the current batch, I need to use more patience and elbow grease to get the lumps broken down into my coffee. The problem is non-existent when adding the powder to a smoothie, mixed in a blender.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I started using acacia fiber on the recommendation of Dr. David Perlmutter, the Empowering Neurologist, author of "Grain Brain." He recommends a heaping teaspoon daily, so that's what I use. I simply stir it into my coffee in the morning, along with collagen powder and raw cacao powder, for a healthy version of mocha. Yes, it's a bit lumpy and requires some effort to mix in, but it seems a small price to pay for helping preserve brain health. As an added bonus, it seems to help with digestion and IBS related symptoms. What's not to like?

DOES Dissolve Well…in TIME!
I use warm-hot water…Just let it sit for 30 mins… Done! Completely dissolved. Also, the taste is nothing to shrink back from- very mild (especially if you’re used to taking natural remedies bc you 1. value the benefits over the unpleasantness and 2. prefer the unpleasantness to side effects of drugs). I’d say if one was to eat paper or glue it might taste something like this… Not a drinking-in-the-sunset-sipper, but totally doable. Just uses less water/juice/whatever- maybe 4 oz-ish. My collagen tastes worse than this. Save money. Be well. :)
