Carefree 291200 Vacation'r Screen Room for 12' to 13' Awning

This screen room is excellent! I am using on a 12' awning on my enclosed trailer. It took some time to set up the first time as they leave enough material to fit many situations. The quality is quite good. I have not needed the skirt for the trailer yet, but will keep it handy. I had to trim the bead In the rail of the awning to keep the brackets close to the edge but it was not needed in hindsight. The sealing of the edges along the side of the trailer is not airtight but it's a tent not Tupperware. I can now set it up alone in less than 10 minutes.

Quality of life/Privacy 100% Improved with this product. So easy to install and take down when needed...all in a lightweight bag, too!

The idea of the camping room is amazing. We have a toddler & dogs, so were really excited to have an extra outside space that we could use when it's raining or to keep everyone in one place. Our first time camping ( 1 week) we had lots of people ask about it & we recommended it to them. Told them how great it was etc. Its pretty easy to put together & doesn't take up a lot of packing room. Our second time camping, the zipper on the door broke. Now it's pretty much useless at keeping everyone in and bugs out. I missed the return date by 2 days, which the policy is 30 days. I mean not everyone camps right away. Technically we only used it for 9 days before it broke. Very disappointed that we spent so much money on an item that has poor quality & such a strict return policy. Would be happy if they'd just replace the small door panel but no we are out almost $600. Think very carefully before buying this item.

We really like this screen room. We bought a small Rv this spring and bought the screen room for extra space in case the kids want to come along. Our first time out in the RV it poured and was cold all weekend. the screen room was a great place to keep the picnic table dry and to stash our wet gear before going in the RV. the only complaint is we've never been able to apply the skirt along the rv side, not sure if it's a design flaw for all trailers of ir ours is just different.

This was more than we wanted so we returned it and they took it back with no problem but it would be great for some people

sets up easy, good material, lightweight to transport...... pleasing to look at. we were in the yukon during bug season and it kept the bugs out... a very big deal up there. that all being said when we assembled it we were a bit taken aback with there approach to a door. .. I can't figure out what they were thinking when they designed this part. thank god they included an extra peice of material, our plan is to make our own, wouldn't be hard to make a better design. the nuts and bolts of there idea a zippered peice that went from ceiling to floor and beyond, it was a pain to use as a pass thru, and couldn't hold up well to traffic............they would have gotten 5 stars except for this poor design.....

Perfect!!!! The door is annoying but we're adding one of those as seen on tv magnetic mesh doors. Fits perfect

the fitting do not attach to the top of the awning we had to put some kind of roping system, which means the room was not closed....also we did not have the right kind of pieces for the bottom to prevent bugs or creatures to come from under the rv. very disappointed, would love to return it or get the proper pieces to fit our RV.
