I love this cleanser for taking off my makeup and sunscreen. It is very gentle and does not break me out! I also love that it is vegan and cruelty free.

This is a great gentle cleanser that I use on my face. It is very moisturizing and does not dry out the skin on my face. My skin does not feel tight or stripped after using it. It is a great part of my daily skin regime (which includes following up with a moisturizer after). I also am pleased that it is unscented. I little goes a long way. I've tried many high-end facial cleansers, but this simple one at a reasonable price is very effective. I've been using it for about a year know as I write this, and will continue to buy it.

I already use another facial cleanser from this company, but found that some parts of my face would get dried out in the winter time. I'm also pregnant and having some drier skin issues. I'm not sure if this product is meant for facial or body cleansing, as the back of the bottle does not say, but I've used it on my face several times and have not had any problems with breaking out. It leaves my face feeling clean, soft and moisturized and I do not get the dry areas on my face I was getting with the other cleaner. Right after I rinse off the cleanser, it almost feels like it is still on my skin, but after a few minutes that feeling goes away; it's almost like the moisture needs some time to soak in. I'm not sure how well this cleanser would remove eye makeup, as I usually use eye makeup remover (also from this company) prior to washing my face. Just be aware, this cleanser does not suds up; some people like that sudsy feeling, but that's what often dries the skin.

i bought this as an alternative to curology's wash or cerave. it is pretty nice and comparable, but like other reviewers, it feels like more of a light lotion when applied. it definitely won't take off your makeup, purify, foam, or anything like that. however, it is still very gentle, and i am happy with the formula. i still feel clean and moisturized after. since it is so gentle, i'll still keep it for whenever i need to wash my face during the day or in the morning when there's not a whole lot that needs to be cleaned off of my skin.

I needed something really gentle for my my mom to use on her face after having a biopsy that turned out to be skin cancer. It was also important to find something that was cruelty free and affordable, which honestly didn't leave a lot of options. I choose this because of the gentle ingredients. My mom says that it feels good on her skin and is moisturizing but unfortunately is extremely hard to rinse off completely. I also tied it once and I don't think it does a very good job of cleansing the skin and I wasn't even wearing makeup or sunscreen at the time. I think this would be pretty useless at removing sunscreen and makeup. I would only recommend this to someone who has extremely sensitive skin and can't use anything else. I do like that it was unscented but this is likely not going to get used much. Such a waste but what's the point in washing your face if it doesn't feel clean afterwards?

I've been LOVING this cleanser! It leaves my dry, rosacea-prone skin feeling so calm. I use this in the mornings or when I need something extra gentle. Because I wear SPF and a lot of makeup everyday, I tend to use a double step method for cleansing that at night. But, when there's no SPF/makeup on my skin, this is the cleanser that I love to reach for. It's definitely a plant-based version of popular gentle cleansers like Cetaphil, Cerave Hydrating, and La Roche-Posay's Toleriane Hydrating. Having tried all of those, this one is definitely my favorite. I just like the way it feels on my skin and especially how my skin feels afterward. I haven't had any breakouts or irritation nor noticed any increased oiliness etc from this product. To me it is a total keeper and I would absolutely recommend it to others with dry sensitive skin! 5 stars
