I am never buying anything from FireBoltt again. I ordered this smartwatch from Amazon in July, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Within two weeks of using the watch, the battery life, which was supposed to last 7 days, plummeted to just a few hours. It couldn’t even make it through a single day on one charge!I raised a complaint on FireBoltt’s site, hoping for a quick resolution. But all I got in response were troubleshooting documents—no real action. After waiting for days without any proper support, I had to escalate the issue through the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). Only then did they bother to respond and arrange for a reverse pickup. It took them another two weeks to send me a replacement.At this point, I was hoping the nightmare was over, but to my shock, they sent me a defective watch with a display issue (attached pics) I immediately reported the problem, but since they had closed the previous ticket after sending the replacement, I was told to open a new one. So, I did. And, as expected, no response for days. Once again, I had to raise a grievance with NCH to get them to listen. They eventually arranged another reverse pickup, and after a few days, I received another replacement.Surely, I thought, this would finally be the end of it. But guess what? They sent me a watch in a completely different color! My original order was for a black watch, but this time they sent me a white one—without even confirming with me first. For a company that claims to be the No. 1 smartwatch brand, their service is absolutely abysmal. I don’t understand what kind of quality control or verification process they have, if any.This has been a truly pathetic experience, and I’m certain it will take yet another complaint to NCH for them to take action this time. This is definitely the first and last time I’m buying anything from FireBoltt.

It's one of the best sports watch. But those who have small wrist can avoid. And the display is also somehow compromised where you usually see quick display on, it delays for about one or two seconds, sometimes you have to press the switch as well. And also feels heavy. Overall an average product I would say.
