I only received one bottle of these capsules, not sure what happened with the other one. I thought it would be all in one package. This also has lysine, zinc and ashwagandha which is really good for me for my immune support . I'm not sure if I got told yet I haven't been taking it that long but I will be sure to update the review. I still think it's a good supplement to take for bone support. The bottle says that you have to take it for at least 6 months to experience some type of growth so that's two capsules a day. I have not been taking it long enough.

I have been using this for some time now and I am quite pleased. I can't say that at my age I can really see a height change, but the benefits from the supplements key ingredients outweigh the general use. I love that with each serving I am getting great quality ingredients good for my overall health.
