Prepare for a cardio workout! It is easy to use and you can feel that in your legs and glutes but surprisingly it also gets your heart rate up. It was a good purchase for me, as it gives you a full body workout really, without taking up the space that other devices do. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Broke the tension rope right away
Received it fast - packaged well - easy to put together - most of it was already put together so that was nice - easy instructions- the only issue was the tension bands were clicked on as instructed but the first 2 squats one band snapped off the loop that held it —so that was disappointing— I’m just using without the bands — too much hassle to return and it actually feels like a good workout without using the bands.*** update the company reached out to me and wanted a short video of what happened. I sent it to them and they replied really fast offered me a replacement or a full refund. I didn’t have to send the machine back and I got a full refund right away very happy with the customer service they gave me.

Great product
I absolutely love this squat machine. I was confused because the product comes with the screws attached to some of the pieces. So, be mindful of that. Otherwise enjoy.

Doesn't really build muscle
It took awhile to get this thing put together... its not that the directions were too confusing, but it just required a lot of nuts and bolts to be tightened. So make sure you set aside an hour to do it. At the price of $90 I can't really recommend this though, because it doesn't offer enough resistance to build muscle. My wife used it for the first week or so, but now it just sits in the corner. If there were weight attachments included or sold separately, then I think it would offer a better chance to build muscle.

flimsy piece of trash
I have actually purchased, assembled, and used two brands of this machine. This one isn't as sturdy and definitely not plus size friendly as advertised. The "metal" is very cheap and not made to last even in a home gym. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks for a more popular brand.
