Either this or the Cheribundi Tart Cherry PURE juice helps reduce stiffness and pain from working or running. It isn't a cure all, but it is better than ibuprofen for every ache and pain. Besides that, I really like the flavor of the juice. The gummies taste a little strong to me, but I got used to them, and some people love them after the first one.

Love the tart cherry flavor on these. They're not too sweet and low in sugar. I have loved the juice in the past, so I'm excited to add these gummies as an easier travel option!

I am not sure I reaped any health benefits, but they taste good.
