This is a product that I purchased to help with my restless leg syndrome. I take it at night and I do not have the stomach irritation that I have had with other supplements. This does work. Only take at night and only take one.

Very good quality. Magnesium has been proven to reduce inflammation and prevent migraines and that’s exactly what this did for me. I read up on why it’s better to order the Gliycinate formulation for better results.I use to have migraines almost three times a week and they are down to almost zero.I have a bad back and I believe it’s because of this product. Very affordable too.

Helped with my sleep and the ability to fall asleep again should I get woken up. Just altogether more relaxed.

Seems to work well, has much less of a diuretic effective than the magnesium citrate I was taking. Seems to help with anxiety and sleep, though I'm on other meds too so it can be hard to tell.Labeling is somewhat deceptive, only contains 60 mg of magnesium per capsule, not the 400 it makes it seem like. However, 400 mg of elemental magnesium per pill would be absurd so part of the blame is on me.
