It works BUT….
I bought this for Ceramic white tile that was installed and a haze of grout was left on. I did test it out first in a small area to make sure no staining happened and it worked just fine.HOWEVER…My dad a very old school Hispanic man told me that the grout haze would come off with Vinegar and baking soda. I had already bought this produce and opened it so I figured I just use it. Well my dad took the hour drive to my house and cleaned off ALL the grout haze with just pure vinegar, baking soda, a brush & towels.I’m currently pregnant and he did not want me using strong chemicals in the house. So I am posting this for anyone who is looking for a more natural rout to get grout haze off without any harmful chemicals.Process:Pour some white vinegar in area you want to work on, sprinkle some baking soda (there will be some sizzling) with your brush gently mix and spread to all areas you want to work on.Let it sit for about 5-10min then scrub and wipe up grout with an old rag or towel.Easy as that. I will say your house will smell strongly of vinegar. But it’s better for you to inhale that than what’s in this stuff. I hope this helps someone!

Buyer Beware
We have a new build house and since we’ve moved in our matte porcelain tile looks terrible. It shows all the dirt, dust, footprints and water spots. It’s never looked clean. I’ve tried every cleaning method available. Hand scrubbing with dish detergent, vinegar and water, multiple brands of floor cleaner to No avail. In the past even attempting to spot clean the tile with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser has lifted the color so this was an absolute last resort. I diluted the product as instructed and sprayed on a test spot under an area rug. I left the product on for 3 min before lightly agitating with the scrub side of a kitchen sponge and then promptly rinsed clean with water. This lifted the color on our tile and left a light spot. So buyer beware, this product may not be the miracle some people have described if you have a matte porcelain tile (especially a medium to dark shade). I wish I would have spot tested on a spare piece rather than on our actual floor but at least it’s hidden under an area rug. Unfortunately Amazon does not allow returns on this product.

Excellent Performance with Deeply staining Black Grout
I used a particular irritable black ground that severely diminished the clarity of the white tile used, and this product after a few attempts, following the well articulated instructions removed it. The smell was oddly sweet, and non-chemical like if that makes sense so using it was not as bothersome as some others with nasty chemical smells. Overall, the quality is there considering the nature of the products ease of use and lack of noxious orders, however, it must be noted that more intense chemical agents do work slightly better. Nevertheless I think the trade off is worth it if you’re working around children, which I often do.

Works so well! But it does stink
We recently built our home and we used black grout on on tile. It stained and I couldn’t get it off with anything. I was really over it all together and then seen this on TikTok. For 12$ I gave it a shot and honestly I’m glad I did! The dirty look just wiped away. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Not as good as muriatic acid.
Finished up a new tile project and used this product as recommend for porcelain tile, it required a lot of reapplication and a lot of scrubbing. After which I tried some diluted muriatic acid and it worked instantly without any extra work.

Works for very set haze
This product worked for sure. We had a contractor lay tile in our bathroom and then they sealed it without getting the haze off first (small matte tile, so sealing the grout sealed the haze on top as well). Not knowing much about the process, I let it sit for about a month before trying a vinegar solution. It of course didn’t help. I then bought this but didn’t get around to using it for another 2 months! This product worked with a LOT of elbow grease and a very stiff brush. It was a lot of work, but I don’t think it would’ve gotten done without this.

Great with the right tools!
My beautiful porcelain bathroom tile clearly had a sub-par installation, there was horrible grout streaking and haze all over my entire floor. It bothered me for over a year. I tried countless products, and finally this worked! I included some before and after photos. I mixed 4 cups of the product with 16 cups of water and applied carefully to my tile and let sit for 3-6 minutes. Where the product sat on tiles I wasn’t even cleaning yet it took all of the haze up anyway. I cleaned each tile with a nylon circular screwdriver head brush (which saved me so much elbow grease and didn’t scratch my tile) then wiped it clean with fresh warm water. My tile finally is haze free and lovely!
