This coffee maker exceeded my expectations. While I did not time the duration to brew a full pot, I believe it was actually less than the six minutes I read somewhere as the amount of time it would take. The machine appears sleek and minimalist which I appreciate, but the best part is how simple it is to operate. It brews a delicious cup of coffee and the hot plate keeps the coffee hot versus my manual pour over pot. The carafe and basket are incredibly easy to clean and the set up took 2 minutes - the packaging and simplistic nature of the machine makes set up and use a breeze. I will be recommending this to friends, and I’ve already given away my manual pour over as this is quicker and easier to use. The machine is sturdy and with the stainless steel and minimalist design the only thing that could break would be the glass carafe - and that would take user error. Definitely a great value for the cost. This functions as a coffee maker should - no fuss, just a good cup of coffee. Lastly, given how fast it brews, there is no need for a timer to auto brew since you can wake up press the button drink a glass of water and then your coffee is ready. Also while some of the reviews complain there are plastic components, show me a coffee maker that doesn’t (excluding a French press since anyone buying this is clearly looking for an automatic machine). There is no more plastic on this machine then any of the other similar products on the market. If you want an automatically brewed quality cup of coffee, then this is the machine to invest in.

We spent a lot of money for this really cool coffee maker and it makes great coffee. After about two months we started having issues with machine powering off multiple times before coffee finishes brewing.Not a great customer experience.

This is my new favorite kitchen appliance! My coffee tastes far better than it did with my old machine. The carafe is designed so the new coffee goes to the bottom of the pot, allowing the older coffee to be used first instead of getting stuck at the bottom which I've never seen! The machine itself feels super high quality and well made, and also well designed so it's easy to clean and keep clean. Sometimes higher end appliances intimidate me but this one is so user friendly. Absolutely love it.

I do love the brew of the aarke and the design of it! I was hoping that it would feel like real steel but it’s not traditional stainless steel. My bad on not researching that however. I was really hoping it would be well made especially for the price but it’s only been ten days and a piece of it fell off already. I returned the moccamaster because I didn’t like the quality of it immediately when I unboxed it… then I figured I’d spend $200 more on the Aarke if it meant I’d get a better quality machine for us, because we really love coffee in my family. I loved the product when I unboxed it and after tasting the first brew. Was surely going to buy the grinder but not sure after this came off. Though it’s a little piece that came off, the price makes it a big deal in my opinion.

I really love my Aarke Coffee Maker. The design is clean and looks great sitting out on the counter, so I actually like leaving it out. With just one button it couldn’t be easier to use, and it brews very quickly. Being able to make up to 10 cups at once is perfect for busy mornings or when friends are over. The coffee tastes rich and smooth every time, and clean-up is simple. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good-looking, easy-to-use coffee maker that makes great coffee fast.

It's pretty and while it lasted it made excellent coffee. The dishwasher safe parts were also a bonus. Unfortunately, after only a dozen or so brews it started shutting itself off in the middle of the brewing cycle. It's under warranty but I didn't keep the box and sending it in for repair isn't worth all the hassle so I dragged out my twenty five year old Moccamaster which has always been bulletproof.

Looks beautiful, simple--no unnecessary bells and whistles. Easy to maintain. Plan to purchase hot water kettle as well
