Well what can I say about this product? I'm officially over 2 months without smoking so what more can I say. This stuff really works. Had hardly any side effects just vivid dreams and didn't have any intense withdrawal. Had some but very manageable. I barely crave anymore but its more the habit side of it like i would smoke after certain activities so after that activity once in awhile im like oooh i want a cigarette but it is not even close to being enough for me to actually smoke one. Man Idk how but this stuff works. I’ve been trying to quit smoking and the urges were making me cranky. Read up on this stuff to try it. Now I did still get urges to smoke but they were not unbearable and only lasted a few minutes.
