Magnesium works
I have been wanting to use magnesium for a while now and this is what I went for. It came without a lid and leaked out a little bit, a little messy. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but I sprayed it on my shoulder and upper back and rubbed it in , it does stain clothing because of the oil. A little bit later I noticed I wasn’t tense as I was before. Before bed, I showered and rubbed it in on my calves back and bottom of feet and put socks on. I was asleep within 20 min and didn’t wake up once, felt like I barely blinked but I felt well rested ready to be up about 8 am. I would like to record my sleeping with my camera and Apple Watch to track better and will update sleep quality. Some helpful tips are that it can get really gritty and sticky feeling, it’s better to put on after a shower so it absorbs into the skin better, on the feet with socks feels most comfortable texture wise. You will need to wash it off for the stickiness to go away. I did get an itchy stinging feeling for a little bit but it went away. I read that it’s because your body is deficient in the magnesium which causes the reaction. I really liked this stuff right away minus the stickiness and it seemed to help with muscle tension

Great product
This stuff is amazing, I have fibromyalgia in my feet, they hurt and burn so bad at night I can’t sleep, I spray this on my feet and rub it in and in 10 seconds pain is completely gone and works a long time

Packaging wasn’t good
Kinda disappointed with the packaging.. it doesn’t have a top and it was leaked out all in the bag so I lost a good bit of the product.. overall the smell isn’t bag and the texture is nice! Still excited to use it but I wish the packaging was a lot better!

Fantastic stuff!
I bought this because I was having a problem with my TMJ. It was very painful and it was spreading to my ear I started rubbing and the magnesium oil all around my jaw and ear. I think I just have muscle spasm because the magnesium relaxed it and now I had no pain. I have a tendency to grind my teeth so that's probably how it happened
