This is a really good deep conditioner, I notice an immediate improvement to my colored, heat treated hair when getting out of the shower. It also is an EXCELLENT detangler with lots of slip! I love the fragrance also, very clean and luxurious!

For starters, I have very damaged hair. It’s not been processed at all, no blow drying ever, it’s just very long hair that’s been growing for 10+ years with no trims in all that time. I refuse to get my hair trimmed so my hair looked very rough and dry with lots of split ends. The roughness of my hair, especially near the ends, didn’t feel or look nice and made brushing, combing and detangling my hair a nightmare, even with conditioners, oils and detangling spray.I saw this product recommended in a video and decided to give it a try as the person whose video I watched raved about it. The price was another plus because it’s very affordable too. I was skeptical that any one product would help my old, damaged hair but I was wrong. So very, very wrong.This product, Dove Intensive Repair, has completely transformed my hair after just one use. My years old, dry, rough hair with horrible split ends that would get tangled if I just looked at it wrong is now smooth, silky, soft and shiny. I can’t get over how nice my hair looks and feels. I didn’t even have to use my detangling spray after washing my hair because it’s like this product erased or prevented any tangles from even forming. It’s made combing, brushing and braiding my hair a dream.The product is very easy to use. Wash and condition your hair as normal, using any shampoo and conditioner you like (this product’s label says to use Dove shampoo and conditioner but I didn’t and it still works great). Then, after you rinse the conditioner out of your hair squeeze as much water out of your hair as possible and apply this repair treatment from midway down your hair (so not on your scalp) and all the way to the ends. The label says to leave it on for 1 minute then rinse but I left it on for 3 minutes because my hair is so damaged and it worked beautifully.The only drawback to this wonderful product is that it does have a lot of fragrance in it. It’s a pleasant perfumed scent but it’s strong so if you’re sensitive to perfume it might not be for you. If they had a fragrance-free version it would be absolutely perfect but even with the fragrance it’s still a winner and I’m so glad I gave it a try. Dove Intensive Repair is truly a miracle cure for rough, dry, damaged hair.

This cream is too good, my sister recommended it to me, I'm surprised by the affordable price for such good results, it leaves your hair super soft and shiny, manageable, and the smell it leaves on your hair is very rich, I think it's the first time in a long time that I hear my husband say how good my hair smells, and stick to my head to smell me without wanting to take off 😄

I love what this mask did to my hair!!!! It made my hair soo soft and shiny for days!!! Super easy to use, instructions are right there on the bottle. Quality is 10/10. Super effective!! Great price!!! Only downfall is the smell is a little overwhelming for me. The smell might not bother most people tho. I am very sensitive and picky when it comes to smells. If you’re familiar with dove products, this hair mask smells like the damage therapy shampoo and conditioner, which works hand and hand with this hair mask. The positives outweigh the smell!!! I ended up giving this to my brothers girlfriend and she loves it too!!!!

This stuff has done wonders for my hair! I have really long, curly hair, so if my hair gets dry, it starts to looks frizzy and stringy. But one use of this improves the look of my hair tremendously. I use it once or twice a week and it keeps my hair healthy, moisturized, and shiny! It also rinses out easily and doesn’t leave my scalp greasy. And it smells really good once it is rinsed out. I would definitely recommend!

This makes my hair feel so silky and look shiny. As a senior woman, I continue to color my hair and adding this nourishing conditioner brings out the shine, and for the most part, keeps down the flyaway hair. I do live in a low-humidity area, so that is not easy. I do not find this to be greasy at all, but it has the consistency of a light yogurt, and it sometimes takes a few minutes to rinse it out. It has a more expensive feel than the average hair conditioner, which, to me, feels like hand lotion. This has a lighter, moister feel in the finger tips and yet it stays where you put it while showering. I put it on after washing my hair, and then keep it in as I finish washing my skin, so that the conditioner can do its magic. Some people like to rinse it first then wash their body. either way works, but I leave it in 3-5 minutes before rinsing it out.

It would be great if the ingredients were a bit better but I’m satisfied with this overall.The smell is divine and you only need a little with each use.My understanding is that this mask contains protein and with a hair type like mine (2b and fine) I shouldn’t be using a protein mask more than a couple times a month.With that being said I love the way it reduces frizz and helps my hair stay soft and shiny. I think the value is great, it’s like a salon grade product.
