Use this for deodorant and other homemade balms
A great alternative for making homemade deodorant and not too powdery. Quality is great. Keep this in a cool place or else it gets quite crumbly.

Super healthy, reduce body acidity, great quality and price. Make your own Magnesium Bicarbonate with this!
I like many have read the amazing health benefits of consuming Magnesium, specifically Magnesium Bicarbonate (Google it). You can buy premixed supplements or buy straight Mmagnesium Bicarbonate but you'll be paying significantly more. If you're a wise consumer, you'll buy this Magnesium Hydroxide and easily make your own Magnesium Bicarbonate at home. Why? It detoxifies you, oxygenates your blood and brings PH balance. This is basically a strong electrolyte, minerals needed for proper hydration. The product itself seems top quality and very pure. You get a lot for the money and will last for a very long time. All supplements are suggested to be taken in powder form vs pills. All Pure Balks products seem top quality and some of the best deals to be found. How to make Magnesium Bicarbonate Concentrate:1. Get 1 liter of regular Seltzer Water (refrigerated)2. Weigh out 3.6 grams of Magnesium Hydroxide. (About 1 teaspoon if scale not available)3. Without shaking the bottle, gently open it. Quickly pour in the Magnesium Hydroxide. Quickly close and shake thoroughly.4. Place bottle in fridge for 30 mins for the Magnesium Hydroxide to react with the CO2 in the seltzer.5. Take it out after 30 mins and shake one last time. Let it settle in the fridge for another 30 mins and it's ready for consumption. The Magnesium Hydroxide reacts with the CO2 in the seltzer and creates Magnesium Bicarbonate. You will see the seltzer bottle cave in, signaling that the reaction is working (towards the end). You may adjust how much Magnesium Hydroxide you use, you will know you're using too much because you will see white sediments at the bottom of the bottle (this is un-reacted Magnesium Hydroxide). Also the brand of Soda/Seltzer you use, as well as other factors will determine the amount of Magnesium Hydroxide you need to use. Some brands carbonate more and thus more Magnesium Hydroxide can be used. Not to worry if you put in too much and you see white sediment at the bottom, it is not bad for you - it just creates a laxative effect. You may use this Magnesium Bicarbonate concentrate 1-2 8 ounce glasses a day, or preferably create a diluted solution for all day drinking. How to make diluted solution to drink all day:1. Measure out 11 ounces or 1/3 liter from the Concentrate (1/3 of bottle).2. Add 3.5 liters of your drinking water (Preferably distilled or filtered)3. Combine the two to make 1 Gallon of drinking water. You can consume this in 1 day. This concentrate would make about 10-11 liters of drinking water. I personally make a healthy Gallon drinking jug every day. Start with clean distilled water I add Magnesium Bicarbonate, Potassium Gluconate, fresh lemons, Chia seeds, Pinch of Sea salt.

Helps regulate digestion
This is a powder. It is used to regulate your digestion. You can get the same results, I understand, by buying a chewable version. It works, but I would not take a whole teaspoonful. And, depending on your tolerance, I would experiment and like me, take it every other day if that works better. So, you can see it will last for a loooong time. I mixed it with boiling water with an herbal tea. Be sure it dissolves. (That is why I chose the hot water method.) I also find that sometimes it helps with sleep of you drink it between dinner and bedtime.

Best Natural Deodorant Ever.
I have tried to make natural deodorants, baking soda, bentonite clay , coconut oil & so on. This is awesome by itself & last 72hrs if not more. FROM the time I purchase this, I have not used anything else since 2022. Amazing.

Like many, got to use as natural deodorant...
I plugged it into my natural deodorant recipe that I usually use non-nano zinc oxide in, just swapped it out for the zinc this time. I use coconut oil, castor oil, beeswax, essential oils, clay (either kaolin or bentonite clay), arrowroot starch powder and the most important ingredient, the germ-and-odor-inhibiting mineral (zinc or in this case magnesium hydroxide). Reading the concerns of people state in reviews about how this powder doesn't mix with water or oil all that well, I simply mix it well with the dry ingredients of the clay and arrowroot before mixing with the oils and wax, seemed to mix perfectly fine, making a pudding-paste that I apply with a makeup sponge after I dry off post-shower.Didn't get the chance to make this til a couple days ago, so can't compare effectiveness completely yet to the zinc oxide version of the deodorant, but I stink to high heaven if any of these natural deodorants isn't effective (can't use regular deodorants at all anymore, too many sensitivities, and sodium bicarbonate is really effective but burns my underarms, magnesium oil is very effective also, but also burns my skin like crazy, magnesium hydroxide stick deodorants you can find without also having baking soda work very well and are gentle but are insanely expensive, use milk of magnesia in a refillable roll-on which is effective and gentle but more for if I'm on the run but have time to let it dry, this paste is good for more long-term, in the summertime needs), so I will know if I need to up the amount of magnesium in my own little experiment recipe or not. Or maybe will have to update this review if it wasn't truly effective enough (in a 24-hour type of deodorant sense).
