Okay, I'll buy the cleanser in the basic bottle... (And I'm glad I did!)
I'm a sucker for skin care in aesthetically pleasing packaging, so I overlooked this product time and again. But seven months ago, while dealing with extremely dry skin, I tried it and haven't looked back. I wear cream makeup and waterproof mascara, and this cleanser removes it easily. It is gentle but effective, non-drying, and non-irritating. A bottle this size lasted six months, and that's with cleansing morning and night. A little bit goes a long way, so this has been a great value. What I used in the past cost three times as much and only lasted two months at best.

Finally Understanding the Hype
I finally understand the hype about these Cerave products! This was my first time using a Cerave product and I was looking for something to cleanse and remove my makeup and this has been so great. I used to use expensive Sephora cleansers and makeup removers but this is much more financially sustainable! It does the job and doesn’t break the bank. It’s pretty much scentless which I like because I’ve been turned off from products in the past if I didn’t enjoy the scent. This is part of my skincare regimen which I include as part of my self-care. It doesn’t leave my face feeling dry afterwards but I also combine this with the Cerave moisturizer which makes it even better. I just feel so clean and will most definitely be continuing to use this product! Oh and my husband started using it too and he loves it!

Best on the market
Want your face to be real clean? Then get this CeraVe. It looks like lotion then foams up and it leaves the face clean soft and bright. No irritation for me but it has no scent so nothing to irritate skin. Creme de la creme of face washes.

Great Cleanser for the Price and Quality
This cleanser is fantastic—especially for the price and the quality you get. It starts as a cream and lathers into a gentle foam that removes makeup without drying out my skin. I have dry, sensitive skin, and this leaves it feeling clean, soft, and hydrated. Plus, it’s fragrance-free and non-comedogenic, which is a big bonus. Highly recommend!

Awesome face wash!
I've been using this for 2 years now and it works perfect for my dry/combination skin. It lathers up so nicely and leaves my skin feeling clean but not dry. It removes my makeup nicely as well.
