Not just for kids or forehead!
I bought these to help apply cold to an injury on my foot. The patches were perfect because the can be cut to size with scissors and the gel remains in place. You can also save the remaining patch to use next time so no wastage. The gel also provided cushioning to the injury whilst I wore shoes so an added bonus! They don’t have the strongest or longest cooling but certainly effective.

Works ok but smell
They smell far more than the branded ones, fine for headache but not migraines. The seem to take a while to cool but do doesn’t last long though but none of them do.

Handy in assisting pain relief alongside medication
Quite handy to have these in handy for fever.You don’t have to be a child to use it.It’s comfortable to use as it rests nicely on my forehead. Cooling.Would be good to have something reusable as I think one use items cost more in the long run.But handy in assisting pain relief for a migraine or fever alongside medication.

Fast shipping and excellent packaging. The Leatherman tool feels very premium and sturdy.
Cut open pouch and remove one cooling gel sheet. Remove transparent film from back of gel sheet and discard. Place gel sheet on skin. If desired, cut gel sheet to suitable size with scissors. Reseal the pouch to prevent remaining patches from drying out by tightly folding the pouch twice. Store in a cool place avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature. May even be stored in refrigerator for extra cooling. Do not store in freezer. For sanitary purposes, use each sheet only once and discard after use. Choking Hazard. Babies and young children, the physically handicapped/disabled, or those who can not apply the product themselves should use this product only under constant, direct, adult supervision. Never allow the product to enter or block nose or mouth.
