How good of a job does it do in digesting or breaking down sugary stuff or sweets?

Its's not digesting anything. It's the food for your gut bicteria who is then digesting everything. The more bacteria you have in your gut the better your digestion is. Best way to handle sugar is to stay away from it. Or if you take it take bunch of cinnamon. It levels out blood sugar and eases off sugar shock, although doesnt stop all the rest of the damage that sugar causes.

Do you store this in refrigerator?

I do. But it doesnt say you have to.

Do this product really work?

This works for me. I have been plagued with gastritis and esophageal sphincter inflammation for over a year and the Labo Biogenics and Flourogenetics and Gastricell are most responsible for the decrease in symptom in the last three months, and I am continuing to take them hoping for an eventual complete cure. Surprise, it works

After trying many probiotics products, this is the first one to meaningfully help to lessen my digestive discomfort. Don’t expect one dose of Biogenics 16 to work magic, and don’t expect great taste. Do expect improvement once you have taken a few doses. I will be purchasing this on a regular basis.

Careful if you have gerd or acid reflux

I am not fully certain if it was because of this product but since the day I started taking it, my acid reflux kicked into high gear. I am returning it unfortunately. Given the high price of this product, it is tough to justify saying "oh its just working out the toxins of the body".

Thanks to Biogenics 16, I’ve stopped my usual medications. If anyone has IBS problems, I say try this.

I‘ve been suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) since 2016. Every day, I have use the bathroom really often. Then I chanced on Biogenics 16 and decided to give it a shot, starting with 2 sachets per day. You wouldn’t believe this but I actually saw results in just three days!!!
