Ideal whisky for the “peat curious”
Ideal whisky for the “peat curious”, this has a really nicely balanced profile of sweet and smoky flavours which is really accessible for new and seasoned whisky drinkers. I personally don’t like the very peaty whiskies like Laphroig which tastes like burning tyres to me, but this gives you a nice hit without being over bearing. Glen Morangie was my favourite, now it’s this.

Bought as gift. Robust, peaty and smokey. Cost is good considering its aged status gives strong peaty taste as you drink and smokey after taste. Enjoyed very much neat or mixed with fruit juice or various soft drinks/mixers

Lovely warm rounded taste.Very niceMy only gripe is I could've bought in asda or tesco for less than the black friday price on here - my fault, I should have checked.. So I recommend you look around for the best price.I doubt this review will ever see the light of day as I have dared to criticize Amazon...

Quality and Price.
Excellent service by Amazon after a claimed delivery had not actually happened.Amazon provided a replacement the very next day.The Whiskey itself was its usual top quality for a reasonable price.

A most enjoyable whisky.
Talisker has a reputation for producing a high quality whisky. This 10 year old offering has those peaty and smoky notes along with a subtle sweetness which I like and enjoy.

Al is good
The delivery was delayed by 1 day only, on the 6th May. But the Notice still reads that delivery was rescheduled for about 14th May. Apparently I went a bit mad about it.
