As a resident physician I have worked myself into the habit of drinking energy drinks on a daily basis to help me focus. But I wanted something that was easier on my stomach and gave me less heartburn, so I decided to give something like this a shot. I'm sure glad I did.Energy drinks like Reign and Bangs definitely give me energy, but they also make me jittery, sometimes flush my face, and can make me feel a little flustered if I really haven't had enough sleep the night prior. This gum does none of that, and only gives me focus. There's no anxiousness or jittery feeling that comes with it.I chew one piece in the morning right after breakfast as I begin my shift, and then another right after lunch and it works great. If I'm working a 14+ hour shift I'll chew a third piece around dinner, but I don't like to have caffeine after 2-3pm as it makes it more difficult for me to sleep that night.My only complaint about the gum is that the flavor does not last long. It is gone within half an hour or so. This really doesn't bother me enough to put up a real gripe about it, but a couple of my brothers and friends who I have recommended this to dislike that aspect enough to push them away from using it.My favorite flavor is the cinnamon, my least favorite is the arctic mint.

I've purchased this gum several times and always keep some in the car and in my travel bags. It's got enough caffeine to keep me up through 4+ hour drives on low sleep with only 1 or 2 pieces. If you have to pull an all-nighter you can get through with these but the package does warn against having too many in a short period of time so going through more than a pack trying to stay up is probably not advised. The pieces are a bit larger than most chewing gum so it might not be good for those who need the caffeine while at work in jobs that don't approve of visible gum chewing.While much of taste is down to personal preference all of them will have a sort of chemical aftertaste, probably the caffeine itself, that some of my friends have found unpleasant. Having had all the flavors I don't think any of them are unpalatable but I found the green ones to have the nicest flavor for me personally.Overall I find it an easy recommendation and have gotten several friends to swear by it as well.

A good taste and works like other gums I have had in this category, a bit tastier and flavor lasts a bit longer. Not many in a pack, but the deal was decently priced.

Am a busy single mom with many businesses, gym rat and working at the hospital this gum is a life saver! This gives me the function and boost of energy and focus when I need it. I still sleep well at night! They flavor is okay, chews just like any gum out there!

I’m not sure if it’s because I have a high tolerance to caffeine, or if I got a defective batch, but this gum barely did anything. Both me and my father (who is ex-navy) said that the effects were minimal at best. The gum also has a HORRIBLE aftertaste after a few minutes of chewing (especially the cinnamon flavor). Just to make sure it’s not a fluke, I chewed three pieces at the same time for ten minute and felt just a slight difference in energy.

Very tasty, and long lasting energy. I took one piece, and stayed up all night. Highly recommend!

Does not work-cannot return. I am not a regular user of caffeine. I do not drink energy drinks, coffee or soda. I have been buying Alert gum which states 40mg per piece. One would get me going—two would get me juiced. They stopped making Alert gum so I tried this one. Says its 100mg so I figured I would feel something. Ate one piece and felt nothing, ate 2 and felt nothing. Wish I could return but they will not allow. I do know that if I use NoDoz caffeine pills I have to cut them into 1/4 because they are 200mg and that is too strong for me. 50mg is just right. Like I said I felt nothing off of two pieces and I now have the rest of the box left.The taste is what it is. Alert gum had the same bad taste but I don’t care about that, just looking for some effects which I had none. Weird of all the good reviews and it working for others and me feeling nothing after two. Oh well……

I use it for work, but mostly as a backup plan. It really works. All flavors taste good to me.
