It's shiny lipstick.and I put lip filler shiny gloss on.great pricing for such a beautiful color of lipstick. Walmart and our stores say shine but are dull.amazon says shiny,that's what I wanted and appreciate

Love this lipstick! It is hard to find a lipstick I like.I was an 80’s gal and still wear frosty lipstick.Hard to find light colors with frost. This lipstick actually is more glittery but it works! Really like and bought in 2 colors. Will repurchase.
