I tried searching for the block for FAQs but couldnt. Hence posting it here. Im facing under sink leak when I put on the filter. I tried two sinks so far and same issue. Ive tried with different tap attachments. Its only when I turn on the filter setting it leaks. This is my 3rd time buying filterbaby but facing this issue for first time. Would appreciate any suggestions.

You have the choice to use either the filtered water or tap water and both settings water pressure is amazing.It was fairly easy to install. I did struggle for a bit but after a few tries of screwing in and unscrewing the arator and actual filter I got it to work!
