After I started using these my cramps are far less and take much longer to come on. Great product. Taste is fine and thirst quenching too.

Only electrolyte tablets I know of that actually take into account how much you sweat (A LOT in my case). Taste OK, and they work!

These are beast mode electrolytes. When you need serious hydration, such as for endurance races or hard long efforts these things are unmatched. They have a pleasant citrus flavour - fairly neutral as they say on the packet, so flavour fatigue isn’t an issue when you’re deep into a long hard effort. This blow most electrolytes out of the water in terms of strength. Added bonus that they sort out a hangover too.

Im a salty sweater and sweat a lot during sports and will quite often get calf cramps during football. I find these an excellent pre sports drink. I use 2 tablets in a liter of water and drink around half the bottle 90 minutes before my football then add a 100 tablet and refill the bottle and drink that during and after the match.

A very good product, with a eutral flavour which is rare., so on a long ride you don't have something else that is sweet. Also good after a few too many beers.
