I love this carpet cleaner. It's easy on the carpets, but hard on stains. With a big family, we do get stains on our carpets from time-to-time that need our attention, but we don't need to get out the big carpet cleaner. (I have used this to remove stains from the palest beige carpet.) I love, love, love the built-in brush because it allows me to just spot clean.For me, at least, the cleaner foamed up well, removed the stain pretty quickly, and dried as fast as one could expect. So, I would have to say that the carpet cleaner is very effective. Then I can just put the cleaner away until it's needed again.There's not a lot more I can say about this cleaner. It works well, it doesn't harm carpets, and the smell is fresh and clean. I like knowing I can spot clean without having to go through the expense of having the entire carpet professionally cleaned or getting out a heavy duty cleaner myself. Highly receommended.

My married and mothered daughter taught me about this product, so the old axiom still remains: Out of the Mouth of Babes! The product itself is great but what makes it even better is the brush and the pliable plastic bottle. Squeeze and brush. Squeeze and brush. Easy cleanup! I have an 11 year old Yorkie who has a mind of her own when it comes to her potty preferences; she does her thing outside, or on the puppy pad, or close to the puppy pad, or not even close to the puppy pad. Oh WOE is me! I am reminded daily how much fun it is to clean up after her. Her owner, ahem ... me ... did a horrible job of training her. But this is about Carbona Carpet Cleaner, not about my lack of being a proper pet parent. I have many other similar products in my cupboard, but time and time again I grab Carbona first and not the others. Try it! You'll like it. And maybe you can have fun like I do!

This is by far the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. I just sprayed some on the floor, but it fit for a few minutes and wiped it up with a towel.So easy and effective

This stuff is magic. Hands down the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. It gets up every stain (wine, curry, dog and cat urine, etc} and is really easy to apply. Can't recommend it enough.

I needed to brighten this 2'x6' rug used in my bathroom. There were no stains, just areas from foot traffic. I assumed this would be sufficient. For the price I gave it a shot thinking I would use a bit and then have most left over to use again in the future. Was I wrong! The whole bottle. I "pierced" the inside cap cover as the instructions said, did not remove it. The rug is now damp. It's been atleast 2 hours since I scrubbed it down. I also used a long bristle scrub brush to bring back the pile and wiped everything down with a towel. It looks promising BUT the bottle and application method gets this graded a three. Too much product was used for this one rug. Unless there are major changes in the bottle and application method I will not buy again. Also, there is a slight chemical smell and ZERO foam. Adding this last detail caused my grade to drop to 2.5. Hope this helps.Next day after extensive period of drying I vacuumed and the last picture marked "next day" is thee end result. Fluffy, bright and what I wanted but the cost was the whole bottle of cleaner because the application mechanism is horrible. Fix that and you will get me back as a user. We are back to a full grade 3.
