I replaced some old disintegrating ankle weights with these. They seem well made and I like the fact that they adjust enough for my skinny ankles .

These ankle weights are great for warming up in my work out routine as they are not too heavy. The shape conforms well to my ankles, giving a nice snug fit which allows movement to be more natural and pleasant.

Must have to up the results of your workout without going into something to aggressive or distracting.

I was having trouble finding weights for my ankles that are soft and won't pinch my skin. These are a nice find. They stay put while exercising and did not pinch me in any way. I've never seen 3 lb ankle weights before so was very excited as the normal 1.5 lbs are not heavy enough for me. These form to the ankle and you barely notice them.Good points:Comfort. They are comfortable on the anklesWeight. 3 lbs is an amazing find in ankle weights!Ease of use. Very easy to put on and take off.Bad points:Price. To me, they are over-priced for what you get.Sweat. They were wet with sweat after my workout. I had to lie them out to dry. This is fine for a few uses, but I fear after a bit they will be smelly and full of germs.Powdery residue. As other people have said in their reviews, there is a powdery residue on them. I'm not sure if this is simply from the sand inside or what. I don't think this is a big deal, but it does make the weights look old and dirty after only 1 use.

I've been adding these into my plyometrics workouts to give me a little bit extra intensity. Even though it's only 6 extra pounds you can definitely feel it. the weights are comfortable to wear and I rarely have to adjust them or feel discomfort. the fabric is soft and the way they attach to your ankles is such that there are no pressure points. They are also easy to put on and take off. A great addition to any home gym.

Love these ankle weights! So comfortable to wear while working out, adjustable, the weights are correct and exactly what I need. Solid neoprene construction that's easy to wipe clean. My only concern is about the durability of the velcro closure over time, but I am hoping they'll stand up to a decent amount of usage on my daily walks.
