I decided that I needed a good cleaver for doing things like separating ribs, chopping meat, etc. This knife is everything it promised to be. It is a very heavy blade and it is very sharp. It is so sharp and so easy to hold that I’ve been using it for cutting vegetables as well as prepping meat. I made a flank steak last night and this knife cut diagonally against the grain like a laser! For the price, you just can’t beat this thing and it’s beautiful too. Get one for yourself, you’ll be glad you did.

Great cleaver. Comes extremely sharp out of the box. Feels good in hand and cuts through meat and vegetables with ease. I used it to cut corn into pieces and had to apply minimal pressure. Easy cleaning though it is so sharp it cut the sponge too.

Great meat cleaver and chopping is a breeze. Great quality in its design and composition. It is heavy so be careful when handling but the weight really helps it chopping capability. Sticks well to a magnetic knife holder which I use.

Easy to use, heavy but not too bad. I'm able to grip it and have to problem using it. The blade is very sharp and durable.

Love this knife. Cuts amazing, but I had a small issue with this knife. Customer service was amazing. I recommend this product and seller to anyone. I have actually purchase the 7.2 in and cleaver as well. Highly recommend.
