This works great. It’s easy to set up and it’s easy to use. I have about a 400 gallon pond and it is doing a great job at cleaning it. The fountain part is not very strong, but it’s satisfactory and can hear the sound of the water.

The media could not be loaded. The seller contacted me and they do have a 12 month warranty. They sent me a brand new kit very quickly. It is up & running & I am super happy with their customer service & warranty policy!This worked great for the first couple of weeks. I have been regularly cleaning it with no issues. Last night I unplugged, cleaned it in the kitchen sink, put it back together plugged it back in and it's not working right. No water coming out of the fountain part and only a little water coming out of the diverter. I took it all back apart to check it again and noticed the pump itself was pretty hot. I left it unplugged for a couple hours and plugged it back in to try again and same result. Maybe I just got a lemon. I also can't figure out how to reach the seller to ask for a replacement so I'm hoping they will see this and respond.

Everything worked together. Except the diverter valve. The fitting to attach the diverter valve to the pump, through the top of the filter box, is too short. The diverter & extensions are all press-fit together. The only threaded bits are those intended to attach to the pump body. With the pump installed in the bottom of the box, the filters & lid in place, the diverter will not stay on the pipe extension fitting with the pump energized & water flowing. I had to resort to gluing the diverter to the pump extension fitting. After this modification, the pump and filter kit are working as expected. Good water flow, clean discharge.

I received this pump with half of the bio balls and either the pump is too small for the container or the connectors are wrong. I had to prop the pump up so I could get the connector to connect, but the pump will still blow it off so I have to have a large rock on top of it to hold the stem in. Also, with us being done the filters do not fit properly, but I did my best to make it work.I have tried to contact the company twice and have not heard back. On the reviews, I read that it was good customer service, which is one of the reasons I purchased this product, but I have to disagree. It’s basically unusable without Mickey Mouse in it and it only last for a little bit and then I have to redo it all.

I can’t say enough good things about this powerful little pump. I removed it from the package, placed it in my small pond, plugged it in.. that’s it. Super easy. Cleared up the water really fast. No noise, great quality and fit nicely.

I absolutely love this filter. I'm so used to these other brands that get clogged up, and the fountains/pump quit working with 12 hours of cleaning their filters. This filter/pump has been going strong for a couple of months now without the need to clean it yet!! Pond water is clear, pine needles and leaves have been sucked to, and stuck on the outside of the filter, and fountain still flows beautifully. Wish I had bought it years ago!
