Great help for heel pain after recently sports activities. Everyone uses shoe pad but this one is a must have when I walk barefoot indoor on hardwood floor and tiles all day long! Helped me recover when rest at home!

They are a good fit and stay in place .The cushion on the heel is not bulky or noticeable to look at but very efective when you walk .

The first couple of times I wore them, I noticed a difference. However the heels wore out within a couple weeks. Ultimately they became useless quickly. Not worth the 2 weeks of relief.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are useless. Save your money.. if you have plantar fasciitis and real heel pain, these will do nothing for you. Also, beware, the “free returns” is only if you are able to go to a Whole Foods, Kohl’s or UPS store. Totally inconvenient. They charge 6.99 for me to print my own label and drop it off in a UPS mailbox. I threw these in the trash instead.

I really like the ease of applying the heel cushion to my foot. Plus, for me, it offers just the right amount of cushioning; not too much but just enough to provide relief for running and everyday use. I’ve have chronic on and off heel pain in my right foot heel area for years and this has really helped.

Was sent the men's size so they are too big. I don't know even if they did fit that they would go into a shoe.For now, since this is in desperate need, I put on a sock and then the sleeve, at least until I can find something better that I can wear all day.
