The fan worked great! I'm a pc and android user, I didn't experience any issues with the software. I did have some trouble figuring out the proper format to use for the specific fan I purchased however, once I figured it out everything was easy to format and transfer to the SD card (mounts on the fan). All in all great experience.

Both items and replacement item was broken, the fan is cool, image is really cool, but on/off button doesn’t work so the only way to turn off is unplug it

Device works perfectly right out of the box. LEDS are bright and the colors are deep. It's a supprisingly clear and rich image. It really does look pretty cool.Once you decide you want to add your own videos is where things get interesting. The device only appears to be able to read *.bin files. These can be either pictures or videos. The program "5DDisplayer" is on the included memory card and that's the program used to convert almost any type of picture or video file to *.bin. "5DDisplayer.exe" seemed to convert most of the video files I tried but did close and fail on some bigger files. It does take it a while to convert files so expect to give it around 15 to 30min depending on how big the video file is.Also, I found that video files took up more space or got bigger once they were converted to *.bin... Which leads me to trying to use a bigger memory card. I couild not get the device to recognize a 64GB or 256GB cards. I tried EXFAT and NTFS as well but it didn't seem to like them.(could formatt those cards as FAT32)I have 2 complaints. The first is that this model did not come with a remote control.(I got the impresssion from the ad that it did). But honstly this really isn't that big of a deal.My other complaint is that it does not have sound... I've looked through the adds for several different versions of these and none of them say anything about sound. I really wish this device could play sound because I could watch movies on this device and make my friends and coworkers jealous.

UPDATE:-Was able to get in contact with technical support-Is being sent a replacement remote to fix all of the issues from belowI have been editing more videos, and have managed to hook it up to a power bank, an amazing cosplay tool!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------CONS:-QR code for technical support is invalid, so you are out of luck if it gives you issues-Remote did not come in the package-I have reached out trying to see if I can get a remote with no response [yet]. I am using it for cosplay and need the remote, so I am disappointed that I chose to buy this specific one because of the size and the remote, only not to get a remote-App download is SUPER SKETCHYPRO-App is sketchy, off the normal store, but works well and has caused no issues with my phone, just odd that it is not in the app store [android]-EASY to edit / make your own images / videos-Insanely lightweight, I am wearing it on my wrist for cosplay-Can be powered by a portable charger. Have not tested exactly how long yet, but, that itself is amazing-Charged with USB-C so easy to work with-The images and videos it comes with are ADORABLE-User friendly app, just takes a while

The product itself does work and you can adjust the brightness with the remote it comes with. When uploading your own picture / video the visual quality decreases. Unfortunately the ease of use is low as the app is not in English and is very sketchy . I believe it is also a bit overpriced.

Cons: I bought this knowing the pixel quality is low and it would also be dark. I wasn't planning on using it for movies anyways (that would be terrible and perhaps a cinema sin). I bought this with the intention of using it to project images and trace them on canvases to draw. I didn't think I needed the quality to be that great for those purposes. Boy was I wrong. It's difficult to differentiate between colors and the pixels are so big that you lose a lot of the details. Please parents, don't submit your kids to such low quality of content viewing. At least get a 1080p one.Pros: I really wanna give the company props on such a beautiful design. This thing is adorable and looks slick. Love that yellow accent on the device. I am curious as to how far this mini projector technology can develop
