I use thyme in most of my savory dishes and go through several bottles a year. This thyme doesn't seem to have the strength in terms of flavor and scent that I get from the jars that I buy at the grocery store, but the flavor is still delicious and balances well with the other herbs that I cook with. The leaves are finely cut and fairly even in size, and there doesn't look to be too many stems in the herb.
