Here to buy a new one since we lost our first one in a house fire, it lasted more than 2 years never had an issue

I've been very sick of paying a fortune for bitter, over-sweetened matcha tea, made incorrectly half the time, after waiting in line for it. So I came home a few days ago + purchased for the first time Akira Matcha ( 💖💖💖 LOVE 💖💖💖 ) here on Amazon, + crossed my fingers that I could get a good froth + smooth beverage with soy milk using this frother. Not only is my Matcha ABSOLUTELY delicious, it is SMOOTH, FROTHY + surpassed my expectations. A quarter cup of hot soy milk turned into an overflowing cup of smooth, delicious matcha tea in about 15 seconds. WHY OH WHY DIDN'T I purchase these two items a long time ago??? I'll NEVER go back. And I realized I have NEVER had a decent cup of matcha tea until today!!! And it only took about two minutes of my time in the comfort of my own home.

I loved this product and agree with all of the positive reviews on Amazon...UNTIL November 2, 2019--after only six months of use. It stopped working--totally, and would not accept a charge. The Charging Cable seems to be fine--but the frother itself gives no evidence that it will ever work again!! (By the way, the frother now has a slight aroma that something may have burned internally.)I note that this product is currently "Unavailable" with a note: "We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock." Do I have any recourse to get my money back or receive a new unit? I could not find any information regarding a warranty of Rechargeable Eggbeater Handheld Stainless Milk Frother Foamer Blender Coffee Mixer with Charging Cable. It seems, though, that the life usage should be longer than six months, especially since it was not used every day.Thank you for your help with this issue of my "loved-but-now-broken" frother.

I bought a different brand before for almost the same price and it never worked like this one. This one works like a charm and no batteries! I’ve used it several times a day for a week and still haven’t had to charge it. And it has a clear cap for when it’s not in use. Just keep in mind if you use it in a full cup of coffee to froth or blend in powder (I use mine for Laird matcha and coconut based creamers) it will spin your contents out if your cup. I use mine with about 1/4 of the liquid and then add the rest after blending. It works great for eggs also.Love this little blender.

I have had this for 3 days and so far...the foam on my latte's are about an 8 out of 10, its a bit liquidy (i think becz the wisk is a bit small... the rotation is very strong! watch the level of liquid to the top!) I am a latte-foam junkie and have 3 different Frothers that i use every day (for different levels of foam) I wanted a back-up that could be re-chargeable. So for that this is great. I will update on the longevity so fingers crossed!I removed 2 stars becz of the fact that when you plug it in to charge, a red light tells you it is charging... of course i took it for granted that this light would turn green when it was fully charged. After 48 hours i thought it was a defect so i emailed the manufacturer and was told this was the way it is supposed to be.This will drive me crazy! After i use it, i will never know how long to recharge it!! Do i just guess? I have never seen a charging light that is supposed to stay red...!!!???!I just heard from the seller and they said they are looking into changing the charging feature... i am going to add one more star for the fact that they are offering good customer service and also becz there is not much else which is better than this frother on the market! : )

The media could not be loaded. This is an extremely powerful frothed. I caution you to use it in a tall mug especially if you’re making bulletproof coffee and you don’t froth your milk separately. I tried using a regular coffee cup and a coffee mug and made a mess. I make my bulletproof coffee in a tall yeti mug. see my video.I bought this after several times buying a different Model where are the whisk kept falling off after a few months. Very happy with this.I would buy this again. I like the fact that it is rechargeable

This lasted 15 months. I don't see a way to replace battery.Was happy with it until it died.I prefer pour over coffee for the taste vs using my espresso maker. However, in order to get truly frothy milk, still had to use the espresso maker's steam arm. This solves that problem. Now I either heat my milk on the stove or microwave it, then use this for 5 seconds or less to get a pro tasting result.In the past, I purchased cheaper ones. Originally, I think these types of devices hit the market as part of a hot chocolate maker set. I inherited one of those and used the wand on it. That broke quickly with daily use, so then I ordered the Matcha one (cheaper version of this type of product, and pretty much the same thing as the one that came with the hot-chocolate maker.)Additionally, those cheaper ones took much longer to whip the milk up into a froth. The mixer portion was very easily broken. The Matcha one lasted about a month with daily use before the wires at the end came apart rendering it useless.This one is an improvement. It actually blew my mind! I was prepared to hover over my heated milk for 4 or 5 times longer to get a frothy latte consistency. It's powerful, it has a cover, it's a plug-in model with a built-in rechargeable battery. It stands up on its own. Its got it all going on!I am concerned that I'll screw up the mixer portion by being clumsy and hope that if and when that happens, I can buy a replacement part rather than having to buy the whole unit again. Not because of the money but because we just throw too many things in the landfill that can be easily repaired and need to be more responsible consumers.Overall, can't praise this enough! Will be buying them for my friends and family as stocking stuffers when the time comes.They're just great!
