I love this product! I'm post menopausal and my hair has gotten so thin, I can actually see my scalp. It had no shine or bounce to it before I started using this product. I started taking this supplement along with a few others, so I couldn’t notice the individual effects at first. Later, I stopped everything else and took this on its own. I observed that my hair (including body hair) and nails began growing faster than usual.While my nails are still a bit soft, I’m hoping that with consistent use, they’ll become stronger over time.
