My Favorite Gluten Free Organic NO Soy Pasta from someone who is Italian and ate Pasta EVERY Sunday!
There aren't many GF pasta's that come close to non-GF pastas. You give up a lot going GF with pasta!BUT if you have to have one, this is the best one I have found in my humble opinionNot only is it GF, but its organic and soy free too. I really did not realize how much soy was being put in some of my favorite NON-GF pastas. I can eat Gluten for ONLY one day & then I have to wait for atleast 3-4 days before I can do it again without getting a (migrane) headache. In my pursuit of trying to find a good GF pasta, (I'm Italian) I also found out I have the same allergy to SOY in my food. Organic GF NO Soy Pasta. Yummy!

Best GF Penne Yet
Being that multiple members of my family are gluten-intolerant, I've tried most of the GF pastas out there. When I ran across Bionaturae Gluten Free Penne I wasn't sure what to expect. I was thrilled with the results! This GF pasta's texture and taste are very close to "the real thing". I made this GF penne with meatballs and red sauce for two of my non-gluten sensitive friends. They told me they couldn't tell the difference as long as there was sauce coating the pasta and they cleaned off their plates. The Pros are texture, taste and the fact that you don't have to rinse this ORGANIC GF pasta after cooking. The Cons are that the leftovers don't reheat very well and have a tendency to fall apart. Cooking tip: I've made this penne multiple times and while the packaging notes an 11 minutes cooking time - I always have to cook it a bit longer for it to be acceptably al dente. (I live at sea level.) Ultimately - I'm one happy camper with Bionaturae GF Penne, it's the best yet. I don't think their GF spaghetti is quite as satisfying though. Most likely the tube shape penne works better simply because it holds more sauce. I also used Bionaturae GF elbow pasta to make a cold pasta salad - it was OK but nothing like the "real thing". Still - the Bionaturae GF penne was a genuine find.

Best tasting gluten free pasta yet, but pricey
This was definitely the best tasting gluten free pasta we have tried. It also has a springier consistency that is closer to traditional pasta.

Best GF pasta!
This is my go to gluten-free pasta brand and they don’t really carry them in any stores locally. If you haven’t tried those brand and you are gluten-free, you should try them… Definitely the best out there! Thankfully, I can get them here on Amazon and they always come quickly and are well packed.

Good product. Careless packing by seller.
I have bought this product several times. I think it has always been from the same seller, but I am not sure. But this time, it came packaged “irregularly“. And as a result, the boxes are smashed in various ways. Normally they come nearly and tightly packed so the boxes are not damaged. I am a bit disappointed this time. But it looks like the product itself will still be fine.I do not see a way to contact the seller directly, so I am posting it here.

New formula not as good as the old one.
Recently bionature changed the formula of this pasta from one that used potato starch, to one that used rice and lentils. The previous version was EXCELLENT. A fantastic gluten-free pasta that I would pay a premium for, and happily did at about $5/box. The new formula is unfortunately inferior and about the same price. Texture and taste are different. The new formula also gets slimy and needs to be rinsed after cooking, the previous version did not. Still the new formula is better than any store bought gluten-free brand, but not worth the price versus the previous formula.

Bionature Gluten Free Pastas
I have never been a fan of regular pastas but my wife would eat pasta everyday and anyway it was fixed. She was diagnosed with celiac disease about 4 years ago so we needed to find a pasta that she could eat. After many trial and error processes we tried the Bionature pastas and they are wonderful. Even I enjoy this pasta, and we eat it at least twice a week.It is more epensive that other gluten free pastas, but it is well worth the extra cost. I order the spaghetti, macaroni, fusilli, and the penne rigata by the case (6 or 12 pkgs.), and I have found no place cheaper than Amazon, especially with their free shipping. bionaturae Organic Penne Rigate, Gluten Free, 12-Ounce Bags (Pack of 6)bionaturae Organic Spaghetti, Gluten Free, 12-Ounce Bags (Pack of 6)bionaturae Organic Fusilli, Gluten Free, 12 Ounce Bags (Pack of 12)bionaturae Organic Elbow Pasta, Gluten Free, 12 Ounce Bags (Pack of 12)
