My grandson is 4 and he loved this toy. He has 6 sisters and it took him seconds to make them targets of the foam ammunition. Fortunately I wasn't there when they put the batteries in, lol.He enjoys dressing up and really dives into the character, whether it is a fire fighter, a soldier, or a cowboy he has a great time and will call us up to get us involved in the "game".

When the package arrived, I grabbed 3 AA batteries and, with a #0 Phillips head screwdriver, installed them in the battery compartment on the grip. Pulled the trigger to test it and everything worked without issue. It is 19" long with the buttstock attached and very light. So light, in fact, that it doesn't instill confidence in its durability. However, after a weekend of hard use by a housefull of grandkids it is still going strong. The younger ones like it a lot but the older ones, six years old and up, lose interest quickly.While the sound, lights and movements are very good, I was also impressed that the "laser" actually worked at a respectable distance. The buttstock is removeable and the included sling was not used.The price is very reasonable for a toy gun with this many features. If it does happen to break, I'll buy them another one. Recommended!

Ok cheap product for my 5yrs old boy for his Halloween costume.Light plastic tent to break easily. Good only for one time use during Halloween.

My grandson loved this fun toy gun at his birthday party. It has a laser dot optic and makes quality noise. Glad I got it.

The media could not be loaded. Did not work. Made sure batteries are in right multiple times. Batteries were brand new. Junk.

Got it for my son for his birthday. He loves it! It vibrates, lights up, laser pointer when it’s being “shot”. Has a strap which he loves! I don’t think it’s $16 & change worthy but it’s fine.

Piece of junk! The lights make it cool but it all stops working and we had to replace it twice already! The kids were super gentle with it too! I recommend you find something that won’t disappoint the kiddos.
