I’ve been using these king size pillows and really like them. I sleep on my side, back, and stomach, and the shredded memory foam makes it easy to adjust the support depending on how I’m sleeping. Why did you pick this product vs others?:The details on how and why this maintains cooling capacity is why I picked this one out of looking at a ton of options. We didn't need to fluff up the pillows in the dryer as mentioned in enclosed brochure as they fluff up quite full on their own after being left out unused for a few days. We slept with only these pillows last night and my better half didn't wake up with a head full of sweat and my neck was not sore at all. Really like the feel and appreciate the diamond quilted design. Definitely a worthy buy!!

At first after opening the package I thought I made a mistake when I purchased these. There was an oder about the pillows and they where much larger than the pillows I had been sleeping on for at least 8 years. Anyway, I followed the instructions as to how to rid the smell and I washed the covers. Smell is gone and I am sleeping like a wee baby. Great pillows that required only a night or two to get accustomed to. I like having one side that is designed for a cooling effect and one that is not. Provides good support and comfort at a good value. Update: After a week or so I did end up removing about 25% of the foam filling. It was simply too big. Much better now with less fill.

Great pillow so far - I’ve had it for 3 weeks and they are nice and firm. The first night or 2 I had to adjust to the pillow and my neck was sore but it’s better now. I have tried many types of pillows and this one seems to work the best so far. I’m a side and back sleeper.

these pillows are great. i took them out of packaging and put in dryer on low heat for a few minutes. they are fairly firm, but i would like it more so. contacted company and they are resolving this for me. very good customer support. i have to sleep with my head raised some and i think this will be the trick. very thick. now to see how long they last me. i put my own pillow cases on them (king size) and it fits nicely.

What should other customers know? I’ve had memory foam pillows for years…typically they eventually need replacement. So I searched for awhile on Amazon and found this brand. I LOVE these pillows…very supportive to help get a good nights sleep. I had an issue with my order and reached out to the company customer support. They replied in a timely fashion AND resolved the issue. They have great pillows and GREAT customer service. Give them a try.👍

We have tried a few different shredded memory foam pillows over the years. The filling in this pillow is much softer than others, which I like. I did remove some filling because the loft was initially too high. My neck pain has been relieved but I have been waking up with a numb ear (the side I lay on) a few times throughout the night. I will try to adjust the filling again but memory foam pillows may not be for me.

I needed a good firm pillow to support my neck that keeps its shape. This pillow is by far the absolute BEST!!! Of course it has a funky packaging smell when you first open it but with a spritz of fabric spray and airing out, it's perfect!
